Executive Search
We strive for long lasting relationships with our clients and help them recruit senior executives and functional experts. Our main focus is on leadership positions at small and medium enterprises and startups, as well as functional experts in marketing, consulting and M&A. Our searches always start with a thorough discussion of the target position and potential candidate profiles. Jointly with our clients, we compile requirement profiles, target lists, and communication documents. We share findings and feedback with our clients throughout the entire process to optimize their value proposition to top talent.

We conduct interviews with candidates, document their specific strengths and weaknesses in relevant areas, obtain references and support our clients’ recruiting processes at all stages. PhD-recruiting programs
Aside from placing the right candidates in top leadership positions, building a sustainable pipeline of top qualified young talent is of strategic importance for the long term success of many of our clients.
Specifically for recruiting PhD-graduates we construct a systematic approach for our clients that targets and recruits personnel directly from University campuses.
Such multi-year solutions include comprehensive screening of the faculties and chairs at relevant Universities, personally approaching potential candidates at an early stage in their curriculum and winning them for a client’s recruiting process.
