Below we inform you about the processing of your personal data by us and about your rights in the context of the use of the data in accordance with DS-GVO.f
What data do we collect and what is it used for?
As part of our search for potential candidates for positions to be filled through our placement activities, we use publicly accessible sources such as websites, social networks and career platforms. In doing so, we generally collect and store first name, last name, academic degrees, details of current and past positions as well as the associated employers, dates and times of training as well as contact details and, where applicable, other job-related information, provided that this data is publicly accessible. The purpose of the data collection is to pre-select candidates and, if necessary, to contact you about positions to be filled with our clients. If, after we have contacted you, you wish to be included in one of our applicant pools and give us your consent in writing, we will generally supplement this information with further data such as location, salary or part-time preferences and documents such as resumes and references that you voluntarily provide to us verbally and/or in writing or by email. Schneider, Lämmel & Cie. collects and stores the personal data you provide exclusively for the purpose of conducting personnel selection processes and does not pass this data on to third parties without your prior consent. After a selection process has been completed, we will continue to store this data in order to contact you at a later date about other positions that need to be filled.
Your rights
With regard to the personal data concerning you, you have the right to
- To request information about the personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 EU-DS-GVO. In particular, you can also request information about the processing purposes and the planned storage period.
- in accordance with Art. 16 EU Data Protection Regulation, to demand the immediate correction of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us.
- demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 EU Data Protection Regulation.
- demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 EU Data Protection Regulation.
- in accordance with Art. 20 EU-DS-GVO, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a common format or to request the transfer to another controller.
- in accordance with Art. 7 (3) EU-DS-GVO, to revoke your consent once given to us at any time.
- If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f EU-DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 EU-DS-GVO, provided that there are grounds for doing so that arise from your particular situation.
- to complain to the competent supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 EU-DS-GVO in the event of violations of data protection law.
Protection of the data stored by us
If we collect personal data, we or our commissioned data processors store it on specially protected servers. Access to this data is only possible for a few specially authorized persons who are responsible for technical, commercial or editorial support at our company or the data processor.We would like to point out, however, that due to the characteristics of the Internet, it is possible that the rules of data protection and security measures are not observed by other persons or institutions that are not within our area of responsibility. In particular, data disclosed unencrypted - even if this is done by e-mail - can be read by third parties.
